… ja kuten lääkärinkin määräämä hoito, myös itselääkityksen tulee perustua saatavilla olevaan tutkimusnäyttöön. Itselääkityksen tutkimusnäytössä esitellään tiivistetysti itsehoitolääkkeiden ja vaikuttavien aineiden tutkimuksia, jotta farmaseutit ja muut terveydenhuollon ammattilaiset voivat tarjota parhaita mahdollisia ja tutkimusnäyttöön perustuvia neuvoja itselääkityksestä.

Burden of impaired vitality in the general population and potential nutritional solution


A recent study based on the National Health and Wellness Survey, the world’s largest online database of patient-reported health outcomes, found that low vitality negatively impacts quality of life, daily activities and productivity.
