OS platform and dispute settlement
The EU Commission provides an internet platform for the online settlement of disputes (so-called "OS platform"). The OS platform is intended to serve as a point of contact for the out-of-court settlement of disputes relating to contractual obligations arising from online sales contracts. The OS-platform can be reached under the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
The Wissenschaftliche Verlagsgesellschaft Stuttgart does not take part in a dispute settlement procedure of a consumer arbitration board within the meaning of the Consumer Dispute Settlement Act.
